Call to action for all members!

CNG suspended activity in early 2010. A Task and Finish group has been working to review CNG group. In the initial stages of the review, the team established that it needed to identify the changing nature of dietetic practice in relation to public health. Over the past 20 years a wide range of roles within the profession have emerged, as part of the evolution of wider public health systems and practice that have developed in response to today’s population health challenges. The review team believes that dietitians play a key part in the public health effort. As part of this process we are surveying the BDA membership about their views and to stimulate discussion about this aspect of contemporary practice. We are aiming to establish a baseline about the range of roles and activities undertaken by dietitians.

We would like to hear the views of as many BDA members as possible on this subject. Please click on the link below which will take you to the online survey, which should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. Members completing the survey will have the chance to win a £20 high street shopping voucher. The survey will be open until 27th September 2010.
